RF and Microwave Power Technology, LLC is a worldwide supplier of high power RF and microwave amplifiers.  Our engineering team has decades of experience designing robust high power CW and pulsed RF amplifiers and amplifier systems from L-band to LF frequencies, with power levels of 1W to 20kW, and RF generators to over a megawatt.  We can supply amplifiers for numerous military (EW, communications, radar), RF energy (lasers, plasmas), medical (MRI, RF heating), scientific (linear accelerator), and broadcast (TV, radio) applications.  Amplifiers range from ultra-broadband linear LDMOS and GaN-based designs to high efficiency, high power single frequency models.

Amplifier ​modules are available in powers from 20W to 500W, and  from 100kHz - 2.7GHz.  Standard, semi-custom and full custom designs are available.

We offer design and consulting services, as well as contract manufacturing of RF amplifiers. Service is also available for select competitors' amplifiers. 

Mini-systems are available for most pallet amplifiers and amplifier modules.  They include a heatsink, DC power supply, fan and thermal protection.
