Design and Consulting

Although we are primarily focused on our own amplifier projects, there are times we can help out customers with their design efforts.  We, of course, would like to see it lead to ongoing business for us, but also understand that providing timely assistance can be beneficial to both parties in the long term.   Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.  As long as there are no conflicts of interest generated, we'll be pleased to quote on a time worked or project basis, if our current workload permits.

Contract Manufacturing

Our assemblers are second to none.  They have extensive RF amplifier assembly experience, and have manufactured numerous complex designs.  Nothing our engineering staff has created has ever slowed them down!  If you need extra help manufacturing RF amplifiers or related components, give us a call.  We'll want to make sure that both parties' proprietary information is protected before proceeding, and will work with you to get the quality workmanship you deserve, and products delivered to you on time.

Warranty and Repair

All of our amplifiers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after they leave our factory.  Evidence of damage due to improper installation, overdrive, over-voltage, damaged pads or traces, and over-temperature conditions invalidates the warranty.  Please feel free to contact us for installation and proper operation guidance.  We would much rather prevent problems, than try to fix them.

We service what we sell.  We sometimes even service what others sell.  In the unlikely event that one of our amplifiers fails, please contact us first for an RMA number before sending the amplifier to us.  If out of warranty, we'll provide an estimate for repair costs before beginning work.  For other manufacturers, please contact us to discuss your needs.  If we are familiar with the product and parts are available, we'll gladly provide an estimate for repair work.  However, given the proprietary nature of large amplifier systems, we are unable to offer repair services for them.  Please contact their respective manufacturers directly.
