Our newest product line is that of RF generators. Offering variable frequency drive via an internal VCO, and output power control via an internal VVA, all are high gain medium to high power modules. All are designed with an XR-rated output transistor for demanding high VSWR applications such as plasma drive. Built-in overdrive protection limits generator output under severe load conditions. Initially targeting the HF and VHF ISM market, the generators are based on our broadband amplifier designs, so if you don't see what you need below, please contact us to discuss your specific application.
